You can reach Hotel Cavalletto on the Alilaguna water shuttle that leaves every hour and takes you to San Marco/Giardinetti in 70 minutes. Otherwise, ACTV bus 5 reaches Piazzale Roma in 30 minutes; from here, take the vaporetti (lines 1, 2 and, after midnight, N) to Saint Mark’s Square (San Marco/Vallaresso stop).
Arriving from the A4 tollway, exit at Venezia and follow the signs for Venezia/Piazzale Roma.
Once you’ve arrived at the Piazzale, take a vaporetto (lines 1, 2 or, after midnight, N) to Saint Mark’s Square, getting off at the San Marco/Vallaresso stop.
When you exit Santa Lucia train station, turn left to the nearby landing of the vaporetti to Saint Mark’s Square (line 1, 2 or, after midnight, N) and get off at the San Marco/Vallaresso stop.
There is also a water taxi service to the hotel’s private landing.
Once you have arrived at San Marco, enter the square and, with the basilica at your back, go to the right corner of the square (Museo Correr side).
Pass through the porticos of the Procuratie and take Calle del Cavalletto, where you will find the entrance of the Hotel Cavalletto & Doge Orseolo.
