A journey through the movements and artistic styles that developed from the end of the Second World War to the eighties of the twentieth century in Europe, made possible thanks to the legacy of eighty works added to the collections of the Solomon R. Guggenheim Foundation by the collectors Hannelore and Rudolph B. Schulhof in 2012. The exhibition offers the opportunity to admire the Schulhof Collection almost entirely, following an installation of the works on the basis of the post-war formal developments, characterized by an abstract imaginary, understood as research on color, on form and on space and their interrelations.
